  • Job Description

    [Key Responsibilities]
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
    - Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    - Propose and implement promotion and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
    - Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and SEO.
    - Provide consultation on marketing and advertising solutions to clients based on their business goals and target audience.
    - Analyze marketing performance data and prepare regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
    - Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
    - Perform other related duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    - Over 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital or B2B environment.
    - Communicative Japanese skill (Equal to JLPT N2/ using for communicate with Japanese manager)
    - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in sales and marketing in a digital or B2B environment.
    - Sales experience of expanding new clients.
