  • Job Description

    - Make quotation and input data for new project
    - Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
    - Update quote regularly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
    - Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
    - Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
    - Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・Graduated Bachelor Degree in any related field
    ・At least 3 years experience as Sales in Automobile Industry or Trading company
    ・Conversational high level of English (required TOEIC at least 750)
    ・Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking)
    ・Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)
    ・Person who has basic trade knowledge
    ・Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
    ・Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
    ・Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team

    Preferable Skill / Experience :
    ・Working experience in automobile industry or trading company
    ・Working Experience in Japanese Company
