    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Product Support Staff member to provide technical support for construction machinery. This role does not involve on-site repair work like a service technician, but focuses on handling technical inquiries from users and providing guidance and training.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Respond to technical inquiries from customers and distributors regarding construction machinery.
    - Provide technical guidance, training, and support to users and dealers, including on-site visits.
    - Conduct technical presentations and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
    - Collaborate and communicate with engineering staff from other countries within the company.
    - Support customers to ensure effective use and maintenance of equipment.

    ※Able to go to client and go back home directly

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree
    - Direct experience at construction machinery manufacturers, rental companies, or distributors as engineer or technical support staff
    - Good command of English (Level 4 or above)
    - Have driving license and own a car
