• Job Description

  - Manage and supervise the insurance coordination team, covering both Non-Life and Life insurance.
  - Oversee team members from the quotation process to reviewing insurance proposals.
  - Coordinate and manage communication between policyholders and insurance companies.
  - Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance and work quality.
  - Liaise with insurance companies to open codes, prepare documents for contract arrangements with various insurers or related companies, and supervise preparations for insurance broker license renewals (both Non-Life and Life insurance).
  - Verify information and summarize insurance premium receipts/payments and commissions.
  - Coordinate with the sales team and other relevant departments.
  - Prepare reports for management.
  - Perform other related duties as assigned.
