  • Job Description

    - Approach new customers by presenting company profile and services
    - Secured new customer and also maintain existing customers
    - Identify and pursue new customers to drive sales growth
    - Contact and visit both new and existing customers
    - Provide Expert advice and offer optional solutions
    - Coordinate/ communicate with customers, internal and overseas office if needed
    - Build strong relationships with client
    - Assist in sales planning, preparing quotations and managing after sales service
    - Coordinate internally to ensure efficient resolution of customer service issues
    - Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly report to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - 1-2 Years Experience in Freight forwarding/ Operation/ Customer service (If experience in USA Trade, will be special considered)
    - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic any related fields
    - Good communication of spoken and written in English
    - Able to communicate both inside and overseas
    - Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
    - Aggressive mind with strong sense of accountability
    - Both independently and Team player work
    - Process own car transport and valid driving license
