  • Job Description

    - Oversee and control the injection molding process to meet production and quality objectives.
    - Manage and improve 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) controls and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
    - Continuously improve productivity and reduce defects.
    - Participate in evaluating specifications for new mold development.
    - Conduct trials for new molds and improvement projects.
    - Report daily defects directly to the Injection Manager.
    - Ensure quality objectives are met and maintained.
    - Supervise employees and ensure compliance with work instructions and safety standards.
    - Develop and update work standards; provide training for team members.
    - Maintain machinery and equipment used in the injection process.
    - Coordinate with external vendors for mold repair and machine servicing.
    - Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
    - Skilled in operating hoist cranes and mold setup, with solid understanding of injection parameters.
    - Good command of English (both written and spoken).
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
    - Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PFMEA, QC 7 Tools, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
    - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    - Experience in automotive parts manufacturing is a strong advantage.
