• Job Description

  - Oversee and ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and Revenue Department regulations
  - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and analyze variances against the budget
  - Control and verify all financial documents such as receipts, invoices, and payment records
  - Manage cash flow and ensure proper control over income and expenses
  - Supervise the accounting team, including cashier, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting staff
  - Monitor and report the hotel's cash flow on a regular basis
  - Check and control food, beverage, and inventory costs (F&B Cost Control)
  - Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, F&B, and front office to ensure accurate financial information
  - Prepare financial reports for management and business owners
