  • Job Description

    - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team
    - Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
    - Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with established procedures and quality standards
    - Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
    - Provide training and support to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
    - Collaborate with other departments, such as planning and quality control, to align production objectives
    - Implement and maintain safety protocols to create a safe working environment
    - Analyze production data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor degree in related field.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
    - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges
    - Proficient in production planning, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
    - Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
    - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to optimize production processes
    - Able to work from Monday to Saturday, every Saturday.
    - Can communicate in Chinese only.
