Job Description
1. Build relationships with prospective customers.
2. Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
3. Manage the sales pipeline.
4. Analyze the market and create competitive advantages.
5. Monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of in sales, business development, or related roles.
-Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including closing deals and demonstrating sales success.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Experience in hotel sales is a plus.
-Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
-Ability to travel to meet clients in other provinces or as assigned by the company.
-Enthusiastic and able to work independently.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, and CRM is an advantage.
-Valid driver's license is required.
-Local candidates will be given special consideration.
-Training will be conducted at the Head Office in Phuket for about 1 month (Online / Onsite)
