  - Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
  - Implement and oversee lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and optimize production processes
  - Develop and manage production budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and report on operational metrics
  - Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, operators, and support staff to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to align manufacturing activities with business goals
  - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
