  - Supervise and control routine mechanical maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
  - Plan, schedule, and execute overhaul maintenance work in line with operational requirements.
  - Manage and monitor the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  - Control and monitor overtime usage to optimize manpower productivity.
  - Ensure compliance with the company’s ISO standards and maintenance-related procedures.
  - Supervise, train, and coordinate both maintenance staff and subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets.
