• Job Description

  - Plan and manage procurement activities for all types of raw materials in line with company needs. (Indirect material)
  - Establish KPIs for subordinates based on assigned responsibilities and product categories.
  - Guide and supervise the purchasing team to source suppliers and manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
  - Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure alignment with technical specifications and requirements at competitive pricing.
  - Review and utilize tax benefits in cases involving international purchases.
  - Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal conditions.
  - Ensure all procurement processes adhere to company standards, with high accuracy and efficiency.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to continuously assess the performance of suppliers and manufacturers.
  - Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods in accordance with procurement plans.
  - Provide Japanese interpretation support during meetings, such as new model meetings, production damage meetings, quality improvement meetings, and Japanese supplier meetings.
