• Job Description

  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  1. Tax Support & Compliance
  • Work with external accountants to ensure timely submission of tax filings (WHT, VAT, CIT).
  • Track withholding tax forms (PND.3, PND.53) and input tax invoices (PP.30).
  • Monitor statutory deadlines for PND.1, PND.51, and other required filings.
  2. Import & International Transactions
  • Calculate and track costs of specialized equipment (logistics, customs, taxes), particularly UAV equipment.
  • Monitor currency exchange rates in real time and reconcile with budget plans.
  • Advise on landed costs, duties, and VAT on imports for proper allocation.
  3. Accounting & Payment Operations
  • Record and organize daily financial transactions.
  • Collect, verify, and file supporting documents, including import documents.
  • Prepare payment requests and coordinate with banks for local and cross-border transfers.
  4. Cost Control & Budgeting
  • Maintain detailed cost-tracking by category (R&D, admin, services, imports).
  • Report monthly expenses to management for budget planning and control.
  • Identify unusual expenses or missing documentation.
  5. Audit & Reporting
  • Prepare internal reports and documentation for statutory audits or funding purposes.
  • Organize and archive financial records in line with Thai GAAP, IFRS, and local laws.
