  • Job Description

    - Verify & approve AP/ AR (Domestic & oversea) transaction
    - Review Vender/ Customer master application
    - Review Tax submission (VAT, Withholding tax & Other related tax)
    - Budget plaining for VAT allocation expense & analytic
    - Prepare & analyze AP/ AR balance for monthly report & aging reports
    - Perform & renew the good exporter license
    - Perform & coordinate with related parties for AP/ AR accounting system development project
    - SOX controller (Narrative, RCM & SOD) for AP/ AR process
    - Coordinate with Revenue Department for related issue & tax matter
    - Oversee AP/ AR function & related division to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense, income and monthly closing account
    - Other assignment related to accounting and tax matter

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    - At least 10 years experience in accounting relevant to AP, AR & Tax with at least 5 year experience in leader position
    - Knowledge of import/ export business
    - Good command in English (TOEIC 550 up)
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in SAP Accounting system preferred
