  Job Summary:
  - To oversee daily operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of overall experience, including more than 10 years in management roles. This position requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational functions across departments.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Lead project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Supervise site operations and service teams to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage aftersales service operations, ensuring continuous improvement and responsiveness to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and key external stakeholders
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Provide strategic support to General Manager and act on behalf when required
  • Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement
