Job Description
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially with Japanese companies in Thailand.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients (Japanese and Thai) with support from Presales team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
Proposal & Quotation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and related documents in English and sometimes Japanese.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
Coordination & Follow-up
- Work closely with internal technical teams (PM, engineers, developers) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and Thai development teams.
- Ensure post-sales support and handle basic customer issues or escalate accordingly.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years in IT solution sales, B2B, or SI business
- Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher (must be able to handle meetings & documents)
- English Proficiency: Business level (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, infrastructure (non-coding OK)
- Personality: Energetic, proactive, service-minded, strong communication skills
- Experience dealing with Japanese customers
- Driving license and own a car (if on-site client visits are needed)English Level
