    ‐ Preparation and issuance of invoices for imports and exports
    - Respond to document inquiries
    - Support shipment and issue invoices
    - Prepare the required paperwork for shipment.
    - Communicate with distributor(Domestic 80%,overseas 20%) to build up a good relationship
    - Coordinate with other departments such as production, sales
    - Oversee goods in the warehouse to prevent loss or damage
    - Collect data related to warehouse activities such as inbound, outbound, and inventory levels
    - Manage warehouse space efficiently
    - Other related tasks as assigned
    - Other tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, Age is 20 - 27 years old *New graduate welcome
    - Able to commute by own
    - Interested in shipping, export, and warehousing operations
