    [Business]
    Operates an independent support elderly care and rehabilitation facility.
    Provides care services centered on rehabilitation for patients with neurological disorders (especially cerebral infarction, etc.).

    [Job detail]
    - Planning and execution of marketing strategies to acquire patients
    - Networking and relationship building with hospitals and doctors (especially those in the neurological field)
    - On-site sales activities (visits and interviews)
    - Collaboration with the in-house marketing team
    - Support for SNS/WEB marketing (utilizing knowledge and collaborating with specialists)
    - Visualization and reporting of sales records and activities
    - Facilitating communication within the department and collaboration with other departments
    - Other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Business level English
    - 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (Need to do onsite sales)
    - Team leader and management staff experience
    - Interested in the medical/healthcare industry (no experience necessary)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in negotiating with medical institutions and doctors
    - Knowledge in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and rehabilitation
