Job Description
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
2. Lead and develop sales and marketing teams while fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
3. Build and expand customer bases across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Food Service, Horeca, B2B, and E-commerce channels.
4. Develop innovative products and solutions from fresh agricultural produce, including Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) product categories.
5. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.
6. Plan and execute branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
7. Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand distribution networks.
8. Collaborate with production, procurement, supply chain, and related functions to ensure operational excellence.
9. Prepare performance reports and provide business improvement recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing of agricultural products, fresh produce, fruits, vegetables, fresh food, or food products.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams.
- Good command of English.
【Advantage】
- Japanese: Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, writing), or JLPT N2.
- Experience in value-added product development, particularly Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) products, is highly preferred.English Level
