Client: Government and Enterprise
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to drive high performance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and regionally
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns
• Ensure excellent customer service and support for all clients
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
• Significant experience in a Project Sales management role, preferably Government sector
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop effective sales strategies
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skillsEnglish Level
