Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end HRM functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, and benefits
• Develop annual manpower plans and budgets aligned with organizational structure and business needs
• Drive proactive recruitment strategies and sourcing approaches to attract target talent pools
• Manage organizational structure, workforce planning, and team operations systematically
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aligned with job levels and business objectives
• Provide guidance on company policies, regulations, and labor law matters to management and employees

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources management (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and benefits, and admin tasks)
• Proven experience in HR team management and team development
• Own a car with driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointEnglish Level
