• Job Description

  - Lead and drive the SQE, IQA, and OQA departments in meeting their KPIs.
  - To lead in the development of strategies and processes to ensure that product quality, laboratory, customer satisfaction, suppliers, and targets of the department are achieved and that there is a continuous improvement of products, processes, and services.
  - Monitor, review, and control all company processes to ensure that they conform to total quality standards.
  - Manage the organization of the Quality Management System to be maintained in accordance with the requirements of international standards.
  - Analyze defect trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  - Represent the company during external audits and customer visits.
  - Provide support to the program managers and maintain an active role in functions involving Company Meerkat’s customers.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, QC, and engineering, to ensure product quality.
