    - Sales order processing, Issue invoice, contact with Logistic
    - Send PO to supplier by e-mail or internal system
    - Arrange delivery to customer , prepare monthly report
    - Support and cooperate with sales team and overseas branch
    - Support IT : check tape backup status coordinate with IT outsource
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Have bachelor's degree in any field
    - English Business level or Japanese N3 or above
    - At least 2 years of working experiences at Trading company or Semiconductor business as Sales coordinator, Sales support
    - Good in excel formula ( V-lookup, Pivot), Outlook e-mail
