  • Job Description

    1)New Client Development
    - Approaching real estate developers, Japanese corporations, factories/warehouses, and hotel/resort operators
    - Generating leads and business opportunities through market research and networking
    - Expanding the client base in Thailand and the ASEAN region through sales activities
    2)Client Relationship Management
    - Building trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
    - Understanding client needs and collaborating with internal design teams for optimal proposals
    - Encouraging repeat business through regular follow-ups
    3)Sales Strategy Planning and Execution
    - Planning and executing sales strategies that reflect our brand and quality standards
    - Assisting with preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentation materials in collaboration with marketing and design teams
    - Monitoring and reporting progress on goals (KPI management)
    4)Market Research
    - Reporting trends, regulations, and competitor information in the construction and real estate industries
    - Providing internal feedback from clients for service and product strategy improvements
    - Regular reporting and submission of materials to Japanese HQ or supervisors
    5)Brand Representation and Professionalism
    - Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings
    - Demonstrating trust, quality, and attentiveness expected from a Japanese company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
    - Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the architecture, design, or construction industries
    - Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients is preferred
    - English: Business skill
    - Japanese: Conversational level or higher (JLPT N2/N3 equivalent or above preferred)

    [Advantage]
    - Able to travel domestically or abroad (ASEAN) if needed
    - Knowledge of Thailand's real estate and construction market is a plus
    - Knowledge of architectural design services, especially for commercial/industrial or mixed-use developments
    - Knowledge of the real estate and construction market in Thailand is a plus
