    【Job Summary】
    - Project management of air conditioner development
    - Confirmation that the QCD of each project is progressing as planned.
    - Management to ensure that the project is being executed as planned to achieve the goals.
    *Currently, our engineers are also in charge of project management, but we would like to improve efficiency and expertise.
    - Liaison with related departments at the head office in Japan
    - Support for projects to improve operational efficiency (using IT, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - English: Conversational level up
    - At least 5 years of experience in a project manager in manufacturing industry
    - Experience in cross-functional work with multiple departments

    【Advantage】
    - Project Management experience in air-conditioners and electrical appliances
    - Knowledge of manufacturing processes
    - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Desktop, Cloud))
    　(Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Desktop, Cloud))
    - Experience with Python and other programming languages
    - Knowledge and experience in additional learning of AI (experience in a series of processes from preparation of data for learning (data cleansing) of in-house technical documents, application of learning to models, validation of results, and start of operation)
    - Knowledge and experience in CAE (strength analysis, fluid analysis, refrigeration cycle analysis)
    TOEIC score 860 or above
    Japanese language proficiency N1
