    - Responsibility of customer complaint / claim / audit for quality concerns.
    - Assure product quality to meet customer requirement and make decision for nonconforming product in case unclear standard.
    - Follow up corrective / preventive action and effectiveness of action for customer quality issue.
    - Other assignment by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineer / Science / other concerns.
    - At least 5 years work experience in QA/QC or process engineering.
    - Knowledge in SPC, MSA, FMEA, sampling plan.
    - Experience in response customer complaint, claim and audit for quality concerns.
    - Good command in English.
