  • Job Description

    - Establish Department's KPI
    - Follow up Mold repairing actual to comply with planed.
    - Follow up New Mold making actual to comply with planed.
    - Coordinate with related department to reduce problem Machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble.
    - Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department.
    - Manage all management systems in Mold Department to maximize efficiency.
    - Summary department performance monthly including find solution for item which not comply target.
    - Control and Manage budget and expense to comply target.
    - Mold reparation technical and Mold process technical Management.
    - Find solution and new technical for employee's ability development.
    - Find solution for Mold efficiency improvement and product development including Mold repair capability
    - Control ISO systems and participate to audit

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor degree in Engineering field.
    - At least 10 years of experience in Aluminum Molding in the automotive industry.
    - Knowledge of all processes related to mold manufacturing : structure, systems, design, process, maintenance, etc.
    - Advanced skills in Auto CAD.
    - Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949 and ISO 14001.
    - Communicate in English.
