Job Description
• Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
• Resolving common technical problems or escalating them to higher levels of support as needed.
• Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users.
• Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches.
• Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
• Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups.
• Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need.

Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology. or related fields.
- Experience 1-3 years
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skillsEnglish Level
