Job Description
‐ Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to process to minimize production loss due to breakdowns.- Ensure overall all facility systems are able to function properly at all times (Electrical systems, Solar cell, Wastewater, Air compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower, Water supply system, HVAC system, Fire protection system)- Contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production systems in support of plant business goals.- Ensure safe operation of equipment and machinery by conducting Food Safety and Quality Management Systems implementation like ISO, FSSC general principles of Food Hygiene like GMP, PRP/GHPs, & HACCP, and another like Halal, RSPO, etc.- Ensure reliability and integrity of equipment through equipment condition evaluation to diagnose the problem before failure. Reducing plant unplanned losses by increasing equipment’s reliability with a systematic approach (The Company's Work System- Reliability Maintenance).- Create, evaluate, and continue develop preventive maintenance program and support subordinates to complete PM activity in time and with quality for the process in consultation with process requirements and take necessary actions.- Ensure timely implementation of maintenance activities, reduce PM slippage, reduce MTTR and Increase MTBF and improve the reliability of the equipment of the entire plant- Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and support total productive maintenance plan.- Developing maintenance standards (Maintenance tasks, Inspection/Lubrication/Cleaning tasks) to mitigate risks and maintain equipment's basic condition.- Leading the maintenance team in performing both preventive and corrective maintenance and organizing the technician team to support maintenance activities.- Planning and organizing the maintenance team to support service vendors and contractors for overhauls, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of facility equipment, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Supervising maintenance technicians and providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance services to Data Center facilities.- Coordinating with other functions to support projects and maintenance work.- Developing people's capability via training and practices. Providing support, advice, and technical training to the maintenance team. Assisting with technician skill and performance assessments. Driving to reduce losses by developing maintenance standards, strengthening breakdown elimination process, monitoring and controlling maintenance work management process, and improvement projects/initiatives.
