    - Coordinates with and review Cost/Schedule Engineers for reporting of construction progress, cost and schedule status.
    - Calculation of construction costs related to new properties
    - Maintenance of existing stores and facilities management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
    - Experience: 5+ years of experience in international trade, logistics, or global business development.
    - Knowledge: Strong understanding of global trade regulations (e.g., WTO, INCOTERMS, Customs regulation, FDA regulation).
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills, Advanced Excel skills, strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Technology: Proficiency in trade compliance software, and supply chain management tools.
    - Japanese skill would be advantage
