  • Job Description

    - Responsible for maximizing revenue by managing BD team
    - KPI setting and operation management
    - Business PL management
    - Manage both new client acquisitions, and building relationships with existing clients
    - Make optimal proposals for company issues based on pains of clients
    - Liaise with the marketing team and report on the effectiveness of advertising for existing companies
    - Daily action progress management（Action management of sales and KOL specialists）
    - Occasionally summarize and report to managing director
    - Other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - At least 5 years of sales experience in advertising agencies or related business
    - Experience in Team Management (Sales performance management）
    - English business level or above
    - Having driver license
    - Capable to enjoy starting up and environment

    ［Preferred]
    -Experience in PL Management
    -Experience in Web Marketing companies
    -Sales in web Marketing comapanies
