• Job Description

  - Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
  - Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  - Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.
  - Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
  - Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
  - Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
  - Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
  - Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed.
  - Conduct research and attend workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
  - Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
