• Job Description

  • Be responsible for all QA activities and operations to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
  • Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control employees according to plan
  • Follow up on targets and evaluate performance
  • Provide recommendations to improve subordinate performance
  • Make decisions and resolve issues during operations
  • Troubleshoot incoming, in-process, and outgoing processes, and improve processes to increase efficiency
  • Communicate with clients to confirm quality meets their expectations
  • Manage workload and job assignments for QA team members
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality
  • Report quality issues to management and follow established procedures for quality concerns
  • Inspect procedures and products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
  • Conduct QA audits, customer audits, and quality risk analyses on the production line
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
  • Manage documents and reports required for client submission
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
