    Department: Acquisition / Business Development
    - Acquiring new business opportunities in the real estate business (service apartments, logistics facilities, hotels, office buildings, commercial facilities, detached housing (condominiums and detached houses))
    - Business plan formulation (construction plan, income and expenditure, and financial plan)
    - Market research
    - Acquisition price negotiations
    - Research into relevant laws and regulations
    - Negotiations with business partners, etc.
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - At least 2 years of experience in real estate or in the real estate or investment department of a financial institution or land development other related field
    - Can speak business level English for internal and external communication

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in land acquisition at a developer
