    -Handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding system issues and operations.
    -Meet with customers to understand their business operations, needs, and system-related issues.
    -Support system implementation, testing, and operation.
    -Provide system training and after-sales support to users.
    -Work with engineers to identify issues, improve systems, and propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor’s degree in any field
    -2–5 years of relevant experience as IT consultant, especially ERP.
    -Japanese: N3 or above

    【Advantage】
    -Japanese: N2 or above
    -Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
    -Experience in IT / system support, with customer communication skills and an interest in system proposals or sales-related activities

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
