Manage all subordinate to perform quality standard9. Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction10. Attend the meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue11. Monitoring the document control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control Plan, …)12.
