Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Drive sales activities for Green Industrial Solution products and services.- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.- Present products, solutions, and project proposals to clients.Technical Consultation & Project Management- Conduct site visits and gather technical information required for solution design and proposal preparation.- Coordinate project activities from initial customer engagement, proposal submission, quotation, negotiation, project award, installation, and final handover.- Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical consultation and answering customer inquiries throughout the sales process.- Ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and project objectives.Customer Relationship Management- Serve as the key contact point between customers and internal teams.- Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up activities.- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.Cross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with internal departments including Sales Support, Accounting, Technical, and Procurement teams.- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.- Support internal process improvements and contribute to overall business development initiatives.Market Intelligence- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.- Provide market insights and recommendations to support business strategy and sales planning.
