Supplier & Vendor Coordination• ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และติดตาม Supplier/Vendor ทั้งรายเดิมและรายใหม่ โดยเฉพาะ Supplier ต่างประเทศและประเทศจีน• ประสาน Product Inquiry, Quotation, Specification, Sample, Test Document, Certificate และข้อมูลทีจำเป็น• ติดตาม Price, MOQ, Lead Time, Incoterms, Payment Terms, Packaging, Product Specification และ Commercial Conditions• ติดตามงานค้าง กำหนดเวลา และ Escalate ประเด็นสำคัญ ความล่าช้า หรือความเสี่ยงต่อผู้รับผิดชอบProduct, Commercial & Fitment Data Management• รวบรวม ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บข้อมูล Supplier, Product Specification, Vehicle Application/Fitment, Product Image, Quotation, Sample, Test Result, Certificate และ Packaging• เปรียบเทียบราคาและเงื่อนไขเชิงพาณิชย์ พร้อมควบคุม Revision ให้ใช้ข้อมูลล่าสุด• ดูแลข้อมูลให้เป็นระบบ ค้นคืนง่าย และพร้อมใช้สำหรับการตัดสินใจด้าน Product DevelopmentNPD Project & Launch Coordination• ติดตาม Pipeline: Inquiry → Supplier Quotation → Sample → Testing → Evaluation → Approval → Packaging → Order → Product Launch• ติดตาม Milestone, Due Date, Next Action, PIC และ Outstanding Issue• จัดทำ Project Status Update พร้อมระบุ Delay, Risk และ Required Action• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ให้สำเร็จและพร้อมเปิดตัวตามแผนDocumentation, AI & Digital Enablement• จัดทำและรักษามาตรฐาน File Structure, File Naming, Data Format และ Template สำหรับ Supplier/Product/Quotation/Project Status• ใช้ AI และ Digital Tools เช่น ChatGPT, Claude หรือเครืองมือเทียบเท่า เพือสรุปข้อมูล Extract Data จัดทำ Follow-up และลดงาน Manual/Repetitive• พัฒนาและดูแล NPD Dashboard ให้ข้อมูลถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และสะท้อน Project Pipeline / Supplier Status / Outstanding ActionsCross-functional Coordination• ประสานงานกับ Business Development, Purchasing/Procurement, Product/Technical, Quality/Lab Test, Marketing, Warehouse/Logistics,Finance และหน่วยงานทีเกี่ยวข้อง
