- Prepare and issue legal notices, including demand letters for debt repayment, mortgage enforcement notices, notices requiring contractual compliance, contract termination notices, and other legal notifications.- Draft pleadings and legal documents, including complaints, statements of defense, appeals, Supreme Court petitions, and other court submissions, and represent the company in civil, criminal, bankruptcy, and business rehabilitation proceedings.- Handle judgment enforcement procedures and conduct asset investigations to identify and recover assets of judgment debtors.- Draft, review, and revise various contracts and legal agreements.- Manage registration of rights and legal transactions relating to real estate and property matters.- Provide legal advice, recommendations, and practical solutions on legal issues and disputes.- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies, including courts, the Legal Execution Department, the Land Department, the- Department of Business Development, the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and coordinate with external legal counsel.- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.

• Conduct real estate due diligence;• Conduct legal research on topics relating to real estate development such as land allocation, commercial or residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and provide concise opinions to clients;• Draft contracts relating to the field of real estate and machinery such as lease agreements and service agreements;• Provide opinions on real estate-related matters;• Liaise with government authorities for registration or informational purposes;• Ensure legal compliance;• Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.
