- Support Project Manager in overall project execution, including cost & budget control, scheduling, coordination, contracts, QA/QC, installation, commissioning, and handover.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and documentation in accordance with QMS requirements.- Work with supply chain and logistics teams for procurement, pricing, QA/QC, shipping documents, and on-time delivery.- Ensure project activities comply with QMS, EHS, and company HR policies.- Prepare, review, and submit engineering and project-related documents; coordinate permits and approvals when required.- Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and client coordination as instructed.- Provide support to Sales & Business Development and perform other tasks as assigned, including travel and site assignments as required.
