工作内容

- Manage and execute Modern Trade sales activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.- Handle key accounts in the FMCG beauty & skincare category, especially Modern Trade partners such as Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium, etc.- Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade buyers, category managers, and store partners.- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and provide reports, forecasts, and insights for business decisions.- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.- Track promotional activities, in-store visibility, and merchandising implementation.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.- Ensure timely execution of trading terms, promotions, and agreements with Modern Trade partners.
