- Lead the development of integrated media strategies across online and offline channels.- Design and execute digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels that align with brand and business objectives.- Translate data and consumer insights into actionable digital roadmaps and campaign recommendations.- Analyze & Report campaign performance, web analytics, social media data, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.- Oversee performance-driven campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.) ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.- Work closely with media optimizers to align performance goals with content strategy.- Present strategies, reports, and proposals directly to clients.- Play a key role in pitching for new clients and supporting business development.

Our client is seeking a Sr. Influencer Manager to lead and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. The role is responsible for sourcing influencers, developing proposals, executing campaigns, and ensuring proper reporting and budget management.This position will also involve mentoring and guiding a team, collaborating with clients and internal departments, and staying updated with the latest digital and influencer trends to deliver impactful results.- Source, evaluate, and manage influencers/KOLs for campaigns- Plan, prepare, and pitch influencer proposals to clients- Oversee campaign execution, negotiation, and deliverables- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports for clients and finance team- Manage budgets and ensure proper accounting/finance approvals- Lead and coach the influencer team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
