• Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns to strengthen Decorté’s brand image and awareness.• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs, influencers, and Celebrities.• Plan, create, and manage photo and video content (Reels, short clips, campaign videos) aligned with the brand direction.• Generate creative ideas and storytelling for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.• Lead and oversee photo and video shoots — from concept, coordination, and production to final delivery.• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to organize events, press launches, pop-up activities, and PR promotions.• Translate English press releases and brand materials into Thai with accuracy and brandconsistent tone.• Track and report PR coverage, influencer performance, and content engagement metrics.

- Identify and select suitable Influencers/KOLs according to clinic marketing strategies.- Communicate key messages and clinic service highlights (e.g., facelift surgery, brow lift) effectively with Influencers.- Analyze KOL potential to develop marketing strategies and increase sales.- Coordinate all steps of service for KOLs/public figures.- Understand the clinic’s services and procedures.- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, media, and key opinion leaders.- Write press releases and communicate with both internal and external media.- Plan and manage KOL budgets efficiently.- Execute campaigns and projects according to set timelines.- Increase brand awareness and engagement through social media channels.- Coordinate PR and advertising media for clinic promotion.- Analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and propose improvements.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, PR, or Blogger relations, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic surgery industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with KOLs.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and office equipment.
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented.
- Creative, challenge-driven, and able to work under pressure.
