- Implement and maintain occupational health and safety policies in compliance with company standards and Thai regulations.- Ensure legal compliance related to occupational health, safety, and environment.- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification within the factory.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports with corrective actions.- Provide safety training and promote safety awareness among employees.- Coordinate with internal departments to improve workplace safety and safety performance.- Support and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.- Prepare and manage safety-related documentation and reports.- Liaise with government authorities and external auditors on safety and environmental matters.- Monitor safety performance and report to management.
