(1) Accounting, Finance, and TaxationDaily bookkeeping, voucher and receipt management, petty cash, bank transfersMonthly and yearly financial statement preparationBank transactions (SMBC, K Bank), tax filing and reportingFinancial reporting in company formatLiaison with audit firm (KPMG)(2) Human ResourcesMonthly payroll and tax calculation for Thai employeesProvident fund managementInsurance procedures (travel, group health, etc.)(3) General AffairsOffice supplies ordering and inventory managementManaging contracts and subscriptions (telephone, internet, newspapers, etc.)Filing, document checking, photocopying, and opening and handling of incoming mail/invoicesCompany car schedulingOther duties as assigned by management
