工作内容
[Job Summary]- Prepare consolidated financial statements (for Korean market listed company)- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing- Manage bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial statement preparation- Support tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, etc.)- Handle internal and external audits- Manage cash flow and liquidity- Prepare budgets and monitor budget vs. actual performance- Conduct financial analysis and report to management- Support funding and investment planning as needed- Consolidate accounting data with head office and affiliated companies*The role will involve a small amount of HR and general affairs tasks.*Since this is a startup phase, there are no plans to manage subordinates or have direct reports.
