工作内容
- Lead proposal management during business development, coordinating closely with the sales team.
- Consider the overall project scheme.
- Consider the overall EPC scheme.
- Evaluate potential EPC partners.
- Coordinate with partners on DoR, SoW, and tie-ins during the proposal stage.
- Review MoUs and/or NDAs with the sales team.
- Manage consortium agreements with the sales and legal teams.
- Manage the overall project schedule during the business development stage with the sales team.
- Review technical proposals with engineers during the business development stage.
- Consider performance guarantee conditions with engineers.
- Consider the overall DoR with reasonable risk allocation.
- Prepare technical comparison sheets for business development purposes with engineers.
- Review RFQs, provide deviations and clarifications, and prepare expected project schedules.
- Negotiate technical guarantee conditions with engineers and project management conditions during the business development and EPC contract phases.
- Consider O&M execution schemes with the sales and legal teams.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor or more is required
- Good command of English
- Leading proposal management in business development stage with well coordination with sales team
