• 工作内容

  1. Financial Management & Reporting
  - Oversee overall Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Tax functions.
  - Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
  - Review financial statements and oversee monthly and annual closing processes.
  - Ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and local regulations.
  - Prepare financial reports and IFRS reporting packages for Japan headquarters.
  2. Business & Channel Finance
  - Monitor financial performance across retail, credit retail, and e-commerce channels.
  - Analyze sales, margins, and profitability by SKU, brand, and retailer.
  - Review P&L reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  3. Budgeting & Forecasting
  - Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial plans.
  - Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
  - Prepare financial forecasts covering P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and investments.
  4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
  - Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and daily financial operations.
  - Oversee domestic and international payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
  - Manage working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables.
  5. Inventory & Cost Control
  - Oversee inventory accounting, COGS, landed costs, and stock valuation.
  - Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant departments to control costs.
  - Analyze product costs and profitability, including prestige and masstige categories.
  6. Tax, Compliance & Audit
  - Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other local regulations.
  - Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal audit teams.
  - Oversee tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, BOI reports, and statutory submissions.
  - Maintain internal controls and oversee accounting processes through SAP.
  7. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  - Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
  - Improve accounting processes, financial controls, and reporting systems.
  - Oversee ERP system optimization, particularly SAP.
  - Coordinate with Japan headquarters and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
