• 工作内容

  1. Safety & Occupational Health
  - Implement and monitor workplace safety activities and legal requirements.
  - Conduct workplace inspections and identify unsafe conditions and potential risks.
  - Support risk assessments and follow up corrective actions.
  - Support accident, incident, and near-miss investigations.
  - Monitor PPE, machinery, chemical, electrical, fire, forklift, and other safety requirements.
  - Support emergency preparedness and emergency drills.
  - Coordinate safety training and awareness activities.
  
  2. Environmental Management
  - Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 requirements.
  - Support Environmental Aspect & Impact assessments.
  
  3. Legal & Compliance
  - Monitor applicable Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental laws and regulations.
  - Maintain and update the Legal / Compliance Register.
  - Follow up legal compliance and maintain supporting evidence.
  - Coordinate with relevant authorities and external parties when required.
  
  4. ISO Management System & Document Control
  - Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  - Prepare, revise, and control ISO Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, and Records.
  - Maintain document revision, distribution, and archiving.
  - Ensure relevant departments use current approved documents.
  - Support MOC (Management of Change) and related documentation.
  - Maintain ISO records and audit evidence.
  
  5. Audit & Corrective Action
  - Support Internal, External, Customer, and Certification Audits.
  - Prepare required documents and evidence for audits.
  - Record and follow up Audit Findings, Corrective Actions, and improvement actions.
  - Support Management Review and continuous improvement activities.
  
  6. Other Responsibilities
  - Coordinate with Quality, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, HR, and other departments on QESH-related activities.
  - Support company improvement and sustainability projects.
  - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
