  - Develop and execute the annual risk-based audit plan
  - Conduct audits to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and compliance
  - Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements
  - Prepare and present audit reports to management and the Audit Committee
  - Monitor and validate the implementation of audit recommendations
  - Advise management on governance, risk, and control matters
  - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
  - Lead, coach, and develop the internal audit team
  - Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and audit quality requirements
